3.Making mould

After our customer  confirms the drawing and pay earnest money,Our factory will start to make mould.

We also save moulds for customers for two years,it is also free.

However, some delivery times may vary depending upon the quantity, production methods used, or uniqueness of your design requirements.

5.What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. It will be processed as a new order.

6.Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce your pins until we get your approval of the artwork.

7.Free sample statement?
We mainly product OEM goods,will send same sample as this product if have.Or will send randomly similar size,process samples for reference only.
